Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: August 18, 2026
Last Updated: August 18, 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, credits, and related payment matters are generally handled by SAPER.
This policy applies to purchases, subscriptions, and other paid products or services offered by SAPER unless different terms are expressly provided for the specific product, service, subscription, or transaction.
Where a separate written agreement or product-specific policy applies, that agreement or policy will govern to the extent of any difference, subject to applicable law.
1. General Payment Terms
Prices, billing frequency, payment requirements, renewal terms, and other transaction details will be presented before or during the applicable purchase or subscription process.
By completing a purchase or subscription, you authorize SAPER or its designated payment processor to process the applicable payment according to the terms presented at the time of the transaction.
Applicable taxes and other charges may be added where required.
2. One-Time Purchases
For one-time purchases, the applicable purchase terms will identify any available cancellation or refund rights.
Unless otherwise stated, completing a one-time purchase does not automatically create a general right to a refund.
Where a product or service is eligible for a refund, the applicable refund conditions will be provided with the transaction or in the applicable product-specific terms.
3. Subscriptions
Some SAPER products and services may be offered on a recurring subscription basis.
Subscription details may include:
- Subscription price
- Billing frequency
- Renewal terms
- Trial period, if applicable
- Cancellation terms
- Refund terms
- Service period
Where a subscription automatically renews, the applicable renewal terms will be presented before or during the subscription process as required by applicable law.
4. Cancelling a Subscription
You may cancel a recurring SAPER subscription using the cancellation method made available for the applicable product or service.
Unless the applicable product or service terms state otherwise, cancellation generally prevents future renewals but does not automatically result in a refund for the current billing period.
Where applicable, access to the subscribed service may continue until the end of the period already paid for.
5. Refund Requests
If you believe you are entitled to a refund or would like SAPER to consider a refund request, please contact SAPER through the SAPER Contact page.
Refund requests should include sufficient information for SAPER to identify the relevant transaction.
SAPER may consider factors such as:
- The applicable product or service
- The transaction date
- The applicable purchase terms
- Whether the service has been used
- Whether work has already been performed
- The reason for the request
- Any applicable refund guarantee
- Any applicable consumer-protection requirements
- Other circumstances relevant to the transaction
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be issued.
6. Product-Specific Refund Terms
Certain SAPER products or services may have specific refund or cancellation terms.
Where product-specific terms apply, those terms will be provided with or referenced by the applicable product or service.
Product-specific terms may establish different:
- Refund periods
- Cancellation requirements
- Eligibility conditions
- Credit arrangements
- Trial terms
- Service termination provisions
Those terms will apply to the applicable product or service, subject to applicable law.
7. Digital Products and Services
Because some SAPER products and services may be digital, cancellation or refund eligibility may depend on whether access, delivery, implementation, configuration, or other work has already begun.
Where a digital product or service is delivered immediately or work begins immediately after purchase, applicable terms may affect the availability of cancellation or refund rights.
Nothing in this section is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
8. Services and Custom Work
SAPER may provide consulting, implementation, development, configuration, marketing, automation, or other professional services.
Where SAPER has already performed work or incurred non-refundable third-party costs, those circumstances may affect refund eligibility.
Custom or made-to-order work may be subject to separate contractual terms.
Where a separate service agreement applies, that agreement governs the applicable cancellation and refund provisions.
9. Trials and Promotional Offers
SAPER may occasionally offer free trials, promotional periods, introductory pricing, credits, discounts, or other incentives.
The terms applicable to each offer will be provided at the time the offer is presented.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional pricing or credits do not automatically create a right to a cash refund.
10. Failed or Declined Payments
If a recurring payment fails or is declined, SAPER or its payment processor may attempt to process the payment again or notify you that payment is required.
SAPER may restrict or suspend access to a paid service if an outstanding payment remains unresolved, subject to applicable law and the applicable service terms.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and payment information for recurring services.
11. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, including a duplicate charge, please contact SAPER through the SAPER Contact page as soon as reasonably possible.
SAPER will review the transaction and, where an error is confirmed, take appropriate corrective action.
12. Payment Processor
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors.
The payment processor may have its own terms, policies, and procedures relating to payment processing, payment security, and certain transaction disputes.
SAPER may receive transaction information necessary to identify and manage payments, refunds, cancellations, and related customer-service matters.
13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a payment was made in error or without authorization, please contact SAPER through the SAPER Contact page so that we can investigate the matter.
Nothing in this policy prevents you from exercising rights available to you through your financial institution, payment provider, or applicable law.
SAPER may provide relevant transaction information to a payment processor or financial institution when responding to a payment dispute.
14. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or waived.
Where applicable consumer-protection legislation provides cancellation, refund, disclosure, or other rights, those statutory rights apply.
15. Changes to This Policy
SAPER may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, payment practices, or legal requirements.
When changes are made, SAPER will update the Last Updated date at the top of this policy.
Where required by applicable law, SAPER will provide additional notice.
16. Contact
Questions about cancellations, refunds, billing, or payment issues may be submitted through the SAPER Contact page.
Please provide sufficient information to identify the relevant transaction or subscription.
